Our fabrics are handpicked and sourced from the finest creators around South Africa, with our expert manufacturing hub situated in the Western Cape – while our head offices are based in KwaZulu-Natal.

2. What is your return and exchange policy?
At Curated By F headquarters, client lifestyle satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We are constantly working on ways to make your experience a fabulous one.
We care about you and our safety – as well as the health & safety of our staff. To this effect, due to the current pandemic there will unfortunately be no refunds and exchanges on pieces purchased during this challenging period.
We will be reviewing this policy once covid-19 is no longer an imminent threat.
3. What payment methods do we accept?
Curated by F accepts a wide range of payment methods including Credit and Debit cards, Instant EFT and Payfast.
4. How long does Curated by F items take to ship?
All items on the website are on hand. Once your order has been received and payment reflected, you will receive an email with your shipping tracking number. Shipping should take between 2-5 days – unless there are unforeseen challenges faced by our courier partners. In this event, we will, however, strive to keep you updated.
5. What are Curated by F delivery fees?
A delivery fee of R100 will be charged. However, for purchases over R1000 your delivery will be free.
